Sheeeeeeeesh. Two months into 2009 already. Birthday approaches. I feel old. I also feel very non-creative these days. Not that you can tell, seeing as how I've posted three things in the past year and a half. More today though! Older stuff, but still, stuff I've done. Working on a painting for the first time in nearly a year. It began as oil on canvas, then the oil paint was removed and the whole canvas brushed in black acrylic. Then I peeled all of that off, and then fingerpainted in white acrylic. Then some brush painting with red acrylic, and now pencil and still more acrylic. By the time this thing is finished, it'll have as much paint on it as a Van Gogh and will have cost me nearly a hundred dollars in supplies. Bah! But I have a plan this time. It isn't some random paint on canvas thing like most of what I do. This actually has a sketch on it. I may start taking photos of it in progress, and then when it's finished, post the whole thing in sequence. We'll see. Wish me luck! hahah.
